A Consultation on Reducing Exposure to Second-hand Smoke Smoking in Public Places

This submission is on behalf of the Scottish Parliament’s Cross Party Group on Tobacco Control. This Cross Party Group has membership of more than 20 MSPs from all the main parties, and was established by SCCOT (the Scottish Cancer Coalition on Tobacco). Its purpose is to take forward an effective tobacco control agenda and monitor the implementation of the UK White Paper on tobacco, Smoking Kills, in Scotland.
